Get immersed – in our leadership module and take your leadership skills to a new level - in terms of being a role model to others, as well as managing yourself and your life. Be a leader.
Our program is based on solid, scientific findings and the proven principle of the "4 pillars of leadership":
- Integrity
- Authenticity
- Responsibility
- Attitude
The objective is to consider leadership not a duty but a natural way of expressing oneself, as based on the insights of the renowned Erhard-Jensen Initiative (EJI).
In the course of this module we develop compact, clear one-pager / maps to summarize these four processes.
You will take home a powerful set of tools for your authentic, personal way of leading.
Being A Leader - Terms & Conditions

| Investment: | €1,780 per person including VAT for private individuals, excluding VAT for companies. Including a conference package each with drinks and snacks during breaks, and and a seminary room with a stunning views on the ocean.
